Training of Trainers Program

The Training of Trainers Program (TTP) is based on innovative methodologies to facilitate knowledge sharing and create sustainable-learning solutions. The TTP is intended to engage master trainers in coaching new trainers or consultants of the tourism sector interested in developing specific knowledge and skills in transformational tourism. The Ecuadorian Transformational Travel Alliance works with transformational tourism master trainers from the Transformational Travel Council.

The new trainers-consultants are in charge of training and advising stakeholders of the tourism value chain in the application of transformative tourism best practices. In addition, they are responsible for guiding stakeholders to design a viable action plan to achieve their transformational tourism goals as a mean for building a more resilient tourism sector.
